Mane Theory was created around a simple idea: beautiful hair should feel effortless, personal, and natural.

We focus on dimensional color, thoughtful technique, and results that grow out beautifully. Hair health always comes first, and every service is tailored to the person rather than a formula.

We use Original & Mineral professional color because we value both performance and a more considered approach to ingredients. We prefer honest language over vague “clean beauty” claims — professional color is chemistry, but we believe product choices still matter.

Our studio is designed to feel calm, private, and unhurried. No assembly-line appointments. No unnecessary over-processing. Just beautiful hair, thoughtful products, and work that still feels good weeks and months later.

Products We Choose

We are selective about the products we use at Mane Theory. Performance matters, but so does what we are working with every day.

Original & Mineral

For color, we work with Original & Mineral CØR.color. We have used O&M for years because it gives us the performance we need while taking a more thoughtful approach to professional hair color.

CØR.color is formulated without ammonia, PPD, or resorcinol, without limiting what we can create. It still gives us full gray coverage, bright blondes, rich brunettes, dimensional color, beautiful glosses, and the flexibility needed for corrective work.

OXO Organic Straightening

For permanent straightening, we use OXO Organic.

OXO gives us the sleek, permanent result people often associate with Japanese straightening, but with a very different approach. Rather than relying on traditional harsh straightening chemistry, OXO uses an amino-acid-based system designed to preserve the strength and integrity of the hair. Oxo Organic

The result is permanently straighter, smoother hair with natural movement and shine, without the stiff or overly processed feel commonly associated with traditional chemical straightening.
